WHAT TO BRING TO THE WHITE PARTY

For those of you that have been asking what to bring.... here's your list!

if you have kids: swimmers for water-fight and hot tub

drinks: your drink of choice - preferably clear or white: think mojitos, gin and tonics, pina coladas, vodka tonic etc..... and beer ( IN A WHITE can of course!) we have ice and limes etc.

tent and sleeping bags , if you intend to stay over and plan to sleep....

FOOD: we are planning on supplying a bit of food but for over 50 people its always a collaborative effort. here are some ideas for food we did last year, and a list of who's bringing what so far. if you sign up for something,  text me and ill update the blog with what you're bringing:

the cooking is always a bit of a shit show - so please try bring pre-cooked or pre-made as much as possible please!

Questions about the white party?

Anybody that came to the white party last year probably doesn’t need to ask these questions: but for all you WHITE PARTY  VIRGINS ! Here’s your Q and A …everything you need to know about the white party…

Q: What do I wear to the white party?

A: duh! White-  you fool! So easy for the girls, anything white goes, shorts, jeans , smart, dresses, heels , casual beachwear, bikinis -  whatever – guys-  white shirt is a must but as close to white pants a possible, light beige shorts are passable. But remember to score more stylistic brownie points and kudos from the cool crew – BE CREATIVE! Masks, gloves, feather boas, glasses, hats …. More effort : more respect!

  

Q: What do I bring to the white party ?

A: Your fricking  A- Game mo-fo! Remember that fun party assed mutha, you used to be, way back in the day? Oh yeah – mcluvin is back! As well as your sassy attitude, bring your white food , your white ( approved) booze , party supplies and check your judgment at the door ! oh don’t forget your kids when you leave … bring kids swimsuit ,  a change of warm clothes and maybe a grandma to babysit ?

Q: Where can I stay ?

A:  ok first of all sleep isn’t the highest priority at this event – if you’re  looking for that kinda night maybe check back with us on TUESDAY! So for those of you planning on leaving at a reasonable hour….  I Believe the Pemberton taxi number is : 604 894 1111.. ? kids are super welcome at the white party . ……UNTL 9PM,after that its strictly a kid free-zone. So those that need a sitter, you know who to call. There is the option of camping on the property.  We will set up a camping zone for kids to sleep in , but the adult party will continue inside after this time , so bear this in mind this will be a non-supervised camping area….are you and your kids ready for this ?

Q: Will there be anything fun to do at the white party?

A: no nothing. nothing at all .you may as well just stay home and watch Netflix. . Seriously? So ,so ,so much fun you will be so SAD ( and hungover) when its over you’ll have post white party withdrawals next weekend…… I promise! we have hot tubs, bubbles, scavenger hunts , big white beach balls, games, giant jenga, a photo booth, sparklers, glow sticks, wubble bubbles, white stuff, more white stuff and white food, white booze, white people, and a whole heap of white fun!!

Q: Can I drink and drive at the white party?

A: will Donald Trump be the next American president? That’s a loaded question. Maybe we should answer that question with a question ? Are you an idiot? Leave your car at Cedar View, well happily block you in, decorate your vehicle with toilet paper, and enjoy watching you doing the walk of shame on MONDAY!.. ( so that’s a no then….)

Q: are you glad the oyster fest is cancelled for Sunday?

A: So freaking glad, so so glad…….

Q: Whats the worst thing that can happen at the white party?

A: I think we should ask a few people about that, each person may have a different perspective? Was it contemplating riding the horses to the golf course at 9am, the moment shannon walked in or was it playing battleships at 3PM? Really it’s all fun …. How much more worse can it get this year?
